Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not handle refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers or websites not operated by High Moon Store. If you purchased a product from another retailer or platform, please address any issues directly with the place of purchase, as we cannot monitor or control products once they leave our distribution.

If you purchased directly from https://highmoonstore.com and encounter an issue with your order, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your product. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be considered if you have not contacted us within 10 days of the delivery date.

While we take pride in the quality of our products, individual experiences and product performance may vary and are not valid reasons for a refund.

If your product arrives damaged or if your order is missing items, you must notify us on the day of delivery via email at contact@highmoonstore.com. Your email must include:

Your order number in the subject line (for example: “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #1234”)
A detailed description of the issue
Photos of the product in question
Photos of the packaging box
Photos of the packing slip

Once we receive this information, we will review your claim. This review process may take up to 5 business days or longer depending on the situation. Failure to provide all requested information may result in denial of your request.

For valid claims of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping instructions will be provided based on the specific situation. In some cases, we may issue a prepaid shipping label or provide further instructions.

DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS BACK TO US UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FROM OUR TEAM.

We cannot issue a replacement or resolution without receiving and inspecting the original product where applicable to confirm the issue.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Proof of the issue and return of the original product may be required.

Lost or Stolen Packages
High Moon Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier. After shipment, responsibility transfers to the carrier and customer. We recommend selecting available shipping protection options at checkout when offered.

We do not provide refunds for shipping protection services once purchased.
