  1. Order Processing
    Processing Time: All orders placed on https://highmoonstore.com are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) local business time on Fridays, or on weekends, will begin processing on the next business day.

Weekend Orders: We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

  1. Shipping Times
    Shipping Duration: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow an estimated 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress until delivery.

  1. Shipping Restrictions
    No Weekend Shipments: Orders are not shipped on weekends. Orders processed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Locations: Currently, High Moon Store ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

    Unforeseen Delays: While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier issues, or other unexpected events. We appreciate your patience and will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

  1. Shipping Protection and Liability
    High Moon Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Responsibility transfers to the carrier and customer after shipment.

If shipping protection is offered at checkout, we strongly recommend selecting it. Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping protection provider where applicable.

Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
